Throughout my career as an agency owner and later consultant to other agencies, I’ve heard many different ideas for boosting client satisfaction and improving customer experience. There are literally thousands of them in the world. Not all of them are grand, expensive gestures. Small and humble acts of thoughtfulness go a long way.
It’s important to remember that whatever business you are in, your client is always a human being. That’s why your humanity is your greatest asset in creating a great customer experience and building client bonds that last. The best ideas are those that exude humanity and empathy.
I’ve collected these ideas in spreadsheets and shared them when I’ve talked to freelancers and agencies. I eventually started thinking about making them available to a wider audience and the idea for client.love was born.
